NotesWilby-Kincey Theater Chain. Art Deco facade. uses steel roof trusses. designed to be outside of downtown. showed movies months after their initial release to cut the prices. no mezzanine, balcony, or lounges. 600 seat auditorium. no mention of racial policy ( theater perhaps only meant for white patrons). Theater was destroyed by a fire in 1984.
